Maison de Maitre ideal for fun, families & friends

Chez Bear is a spacious Maison de Maitre that stands proudly in its own walled garden in a Normandy village. It has lots of space to relax and have fun together and is close to many beautiful beaches and places of interest. It has 6 bedrooms and is a perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy time together in this well equipped house full of character. There are shops and a restaurant close by to buy bread and essentials. As you walk through Chez Bear’s gates you are greeted by the striking maison de maitre’s symmetry sitting in its mature garden. You will climb three steps to enter through the front door and into its grand entrance hall. From here you can enter the salon or salle à manger. In the large salon there is a comfortable seating area and table for doing activities together. It has a fireplace and a TV with an Orange Live Box showing French and some international channels. Large windows at each end of the room, overlook both the front garden the terrace and back garden, which can be accessed through patio doors. Across the hall is the dining room, where the large table enables you to share meals together. From here you enter the well-equipped spacious kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a small breakfast table. The rear hallway has a door that opens out onto a raised terrace, a WC and a door that leads down to the cave and garage. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms First Floor The triple room has a king size bed, a single bed, lots of wardrobe space, a seating area and has a view of the front garden The single room has a view of the rear garden and both share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC The large double room has a large kingsize bed, seating area and view of the front garden The twin room has a view of the rear garden and they share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC Second Floor The double bedroom has a double bed, open wardrobe and a view over the front garden The large double bedroom has a double bed, desk/dressing table, open wardrobe and a seating area. It has a view of the rear garden There are two bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and the other a shower cubicle. There is a TV with Orange Live box that offers French and international channels, WiFi is available throughout the house. There is also a collection of indoor games. Outside, there is a terrace with a table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining and a small patio area with a dining space. The garden is mature and enclosed. Guests access the property through the front door using a key collected from a key safe.
