Parking for 2 vehicles. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, no extra guests. 20 minutes away from the beach, 10 minutes away from our favorite state park! The 400 square foot studio consists of a large bedroom/living area with a small 3/4 bath and kitchenette off of that room. Getting around requires a vehicle. 2 private parking spots for the cottage. We live on the property. This cottage is partially detached from the house with it's own entrance. On a residential through-road This rental is only accessible by car or dedicated cyclists. This cottage shares a partial wall with the main house. No windows face the main house, this space is very private. An 8 foot fence provides complete privacy for your yard.
