This furnished 2 bdrm/1 full bath home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is ideal for those of you who might just need a little more space...if you are coming to visit a loved one nearby or maybe you are a contractor - or even those who are in transition to or from the area. This home will hold only 4 people or less but it IS pet friendly!<- please see additional rules*Rent this adorable home for as little as 7 nights or as long as you may need, we look forward to hosting you! Unlike a standard hotel room, we provide an entire furnished, clean and move in ready home! ** EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED! ** attractively decorated! All utilities, same day move in available, check in any time! Full living room with nice flat screen tv, fully equipped eat in kitchen (complete with full size appliances, dishes, cookware, silverware, etc) The eat in kitchen is a full kitchen, with full size appliances and it is equipped for basic/light cooking. Full bathroom with towels provided in the home for use and cozy bedrooms, extra linens and towels are provided for you in the home too! This space is not equipped for more than 4 people. If you are needing a larger rental, please feel free to ask - as there are other options that are usually available. the gym is free and open 24/7 - all you need to do is sign a waiver. the laundromat is open 7 days a week, the dog park is always open - you are welcome to walk the area - this rental has it's very own private driveway for personal parking. All Guests have access to the laundry care facility, there are a limited number of washers & dryers - please be courteous & respectful of other Guests and not leave your laundry unattended in the washers & dryers. The laundry facility is token operated - it takes 1 token to wash and 1 token to dry. Tokens are $2.00/ each and they are available for purchase in the rental office. I give my guests space but am available when needed I can always be reached via message on airbnb. Of course once booked, my contact information is given to you. I will also make sure you know who to contact for after hours emergencies, etc. You will also be given the rental office telephone number as well in case you need anything at all during regular business hours. ** If it is after hours and the rental office is CLOSED and you have an extreme emergency with your rental (heat,air, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, water leak, etc) Please call the rental office, listen to the name and telephone number of the person on call. Please call them - they will be more than happy to assist you. Hinesville has a diverse variety of dining options not commonly found in cities its size, including traditional German, Jamaican, and Korean. For those seeking a change of pace on the weekends, Savannah is close enough to serve as a reasonable day trip destination and numerous nearby beaches are perfect for an easy weekend getaway. The neighborhood itself is unique & colorful with an enjoyable quiet atmosphere tucked away in the middle of the city but is only moments from Ft. Stewart, located on the city bus route - not too far from local dining and shopping. Not off the main road so heavy traffic is not a concern. Our goal is to help make this stay your "home away from home" while you can relax in comfort, peace and quiet and privacy. The nice thing about our area is that you can get anywhere in town within 10 minutes depending on traffic. we are located on the city bus route should you need alternate transportation. there is a bus shelter by the rental office, the bus comes through the area a few times a day Monday - Friday. uber and lyft also run out this way too! *** due to COVID 19 & waiting time inbetween renters, the minimum for renting is now 7 nights. I have changed this in my settings. If it is an extreme emergency, please send me a message and I will see what I can do, this is the time for us all to work together. I thank you in advance for understanding. *** - - please know that our lovely model Sophie does not come with the rental ;p she was sweet enough to cooperate for her photoshoot - she comes to the office almost every day with her Mom, she is a very friendly puppy who loves everyone! * Either placed inside the rental beforehand or at the time of check in, you will be given a Welcome folder. Inside the welcome folder will be a few complimentary laundry tokens, a highlighted map of the area, area information as well as what to do for after hours emergencies or if you lock yourselves out - there is an after hours lock out fee that will need to be paid to the rental office should you lock yourselves out after business hours.
