Rural gite with private garden (4-bedroom)

Lovely, comfortable gite available for holiday rental, sleeping up to 10 people. Situated in the heart of the Pays de la Loire countryside and surrounded by farms and forest, Jouet is a haven of tranquillity. Self-contained gite with 4 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 2 more accessed through a doorway from the lounge. Also available with just 2 bedrooms at a lower cost for smaller groups - see listing: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Recently refurbished to a high standard, with kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor, bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a private garden with bench table, children's play area and sun loungers. We've recently added a decking to the front of the gite, which is perfect for lunch or dinner outside, and a barbecue is available, too. There is a beautiful cycle/walking route at the end of our lane. The cottage is next door to our own house, so we are on hand should you need us - but we won't interfere if you don't! Jouet is in close proximity to forests and rolling countryside, riding and golfing facilities within easy reach, and an abundant choice of castles and other tourist attractions. A selection of children's adventure parks are a short drive away. Our neighbours are lovely farmers, and usually very happy to show you around their dairy, etc., but please ask their permission before walking into their property. You will need a car if you want to go sightseeing - there is no convenient public transport! Both English and French TV channels are available. Hand towels, bath towels, facecloths and tea towels are provided free of charge. A washing machine is available in the utility room – to encourage responsible use of resources, your first wash is included in the rental price, but subsequent washes will be charged at £5/€5.
