A traditional Brick and Flint cosy North Norfolk cottage, with open fire. Upstairs bathroom with bath and toilet with an additional toilet downstairs. Close to the Beautiful Coast and traditional Market town of Holt with all the lovely shops, restaurants to explore. There is a pub in the village serving food. The cottage is set in a courtyard one of 10 traditional cottages, it has been modernised and has efficient heating systems but retains all of its original character. There is also an open fire to enjoy during the cooler months.The garden is accessed by a pathway leading from the courtyard so is not directly attached to the house, it is private and enclosed. The thirds bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom so perfect for a child. The bathroom is accessed off the third bedroom a new shower has been fitted. There are three separate bedrooms in total. There is also a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is newly refurbished and well equipped the fridge with a freezer compartment. No smoking at the property please. Bodham is a small village close to Holt, Weybourne, Sheringham and Cromer. There is a pub in the village which serves pub food and is dog friendly and another within walking distance at West Beckham. The nearest beach is about 4 km away at Weybourne, There are beautiful national trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg to explore, as well as miles of coastal paths with plenty of places to call in at along the way for refreshment. The steam train runs between Holt and Sheringham which is always great fun. Car is recommended but there are good bus services from the village if required.
