#2 Wood House: Farm Stay, Near Cochin Intl Airport

The Wood House is part of our premium guest accommodation @ SATYA Wellness Centre. The house is constructed using upcycled wood (pillars, furniture and craft). Every nook and corner of the wood house has an antique surprise awaiting you to explore. Located next to a luscious garden with exotic fruit trees. The Wood House can be booked individually as ground floor or first floor separate or together for the big family. The ground floor has a king size bedroom and attached modern day washroom. Located in close proximity to the Kochi International Airport, this picturesque wooden house is reminiscent of the spirit of traditional Kerala. The house is completely made out of upcycled second hand wood (Wooden flooring and walls) , has an exotic architectural layout, furnished with all modern amenities with contemporary attached bathroom on each floor. We welcome all couples, solo adventurers and families with kids. Public transport and taxis can be found at all times and are located just a stone throw away (less than 100 meters). On request we can arrange for guided leisure trips to nearby tourist locations. Bike tours, stand up paddling, fishing trips or a visit to the local market can also be arranged. You can pluck fresh vegetables from our organic farm, buy vegetables, fish or meat from the local market and cook for the family. The garden has an open tub and yoga mats are available on request to meditate or do some yoga being close to nature next to the open tub. (Recommended for quarantine) we offer quarantine stay as well for people who have recently traveled by air or other modes of transfer. We sanitise our stay to make sure that the rooms are clean and safe(covid free) . If you have any cough/ fever please inform us or we will not allow continued stay. Rooms have to be cleaned by yourself if you are under quarantine. We will be able to clean your room for an additional price after a 2 week time period. Please contact us for further details. (Recommended for quarantine) The wood house ground floor (Farm stay) has a king size bedroom with attached bathroom. The entrance to first floor is separate stairs from outside. The ground floor bedroom has a door opening to the fruit orchard. The Fruit orchard is a shared space with an open tub, a barbecue space and a coconut leaf hut. We have our day cleaning staff and round the clock security at Gyno hospital (Same management adjacent gated property) Guests can avail wellness retreats with prior appointments at SATYA- Svasthya Ayurveda Treatment Yoga & Agriculture. Yoga Classes, Kalari (Kerala Martial Art) and Healthy cooking or Farming lessons as well on prior appointment. On request we can also arrange for guided bike tours (Cycle) to near by tourist destinations, hiking trips, stand up paddling, fishing trips to nearby backwaters or leisure trips to tourist destinations like Athirapilly waterfalls, Cheria beach, Malayattoor, Kodanad Elephant Kraal, Paniyeli Poru, Kalady Adi Sankara Sthoopa.
