The apartment is self contained and so clean, large, comfy, a perfect location to enjoy Hallett Cove and surrounding areas. You will love the views and sunsets from the apartment, with the beach, Heron Way Reserve 2 mins walk away, cafe 6 mins walk, 10 mins drive to Brighton Beach, 20 mins to Glenelg and 30 mins drive to McLaren Vale wine region. This large modern spacious apartment takes up the whole lower level of our home, is completely separate, with all separate entrances, private and includes a light open plan living area with oh so close sea views. It has its own fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, gas stove and microwave, dining table, lounge room (with sofa bed) and off a small hallway is a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a laundry with a washer and a dryer and a private bedroom with queen bed, built in robes and electric blanket. All windows have roller shutters for privacy and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner and a puratap. You have your own patio out the front for you to sit with a drink and enjoy the views. Your own car park right at the door and fast wifi. Parking is available right outside the apartment for one vehicle. If you don't have a car no worries - the train is a 10 min walk away up a slight hill. Buses are also available to take you to the train. Views of the Hallett Cove Beach from the apartment are worth seeing and the beach is most famous for exploring the rock pools, visiting the Conservation Park's interpretative walking trail or taking the children to the Nature playground and BBQs are also available. If you like to cycle you can join the Coast to Vines Walking and Cycling Trail which goes through Hallett Cove. We live above the apartment but share no areas and have no access during your stay. Howeverwe are on hand if required and to check you in. Hallett Cove is a beachside suburb. It is a great area for fishing and watersports, neighbouring swimming beaches are close by. 2 mins walk to Heron Way Reserve for bbqs, picnics, playground and the Boatshed Cafe. The train station is 2 mins drive away and we are 30 mins to Adelaide by train. The winery region of McLaren Vale is 30 mins drive away. Hallett Cove is one of Australia's best geological sites with 2km of coastal walkway. Hallett Cove has a shopping centre, hotel, various restaurants, churches and a community library. There is an excellent train service 10 mins walk away which goes south as far as Seaford and into the City of Adelaide. There are local buses available. If you have your own car you can park just outside the apartment in your own car park. A new home has recently been built next door, whilst the home is finished and the owners have moved in, work has started on the garden so there could be some noise.
