Wifi is also included and there is ample off street parking. Our home has just been renovated and we have built this brand new granny flat specifically to host you. This is your home away from home, and is a beautiful, relaxing space to come back to after a busy day. Although it is one room, it is extremely spacious ( size of two rooms) and you will have plenty of room for your belongings. In the room you will also find a sofa, 4 seater dining table, television, toaster, kettle, bar fridge, tea and coffee. You have a meticulous, beautiful private bathroom, with a large shower. You have your own seperate entrance and and we have a security gate across the property. There is ample off street parking and easy access to many bus stops within a 3 minute walk. Happy to give you ideas of places to visit, advice or as much or as little input as you require. We love meeting new people, but also respect others needs or wishes to keep private. Located in one of Maroubra’s premier streets, only 10 minute walk to Pacific Square Shopping Centre, 15 minute walk to Westfield’s Eastgardens Shopping Centre, 5 minute drive to Maroubra Beach and many buses to the city which is only 20 minutes away. There are many buses within a 3- 5 minute walk that go to Sydney CBD ( 20-30 minutes), Sydney Airport (20 minutes), Maroubra beach (10 minutes), Westfield Eastgardens (5 minutes), Bondi Junction ( 30 minutes) and many other local beaches, places of interest.
