The downstairs has a studio bedroom, with a full spa-like bathroom, and kitchenette. Both units have private entrances, with no connecting access between the two. Furnishings include quality cotton linens, towels, and a table for eight. The complete unit is cleaned and sanitized with strict enhanced cleaning protocols before your visit, including: --- Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob --- Usage of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, including wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination --- Cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists --- Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay --- Compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest have access to your own private backyard oasis, including: inground salt water swimming pool, propane grill, firepit, and covered deck. I live on site, in a different rental unit. Depending on the day, you may see me coming and going or not even know if I am home. Guests may park up to 4 vehicles in the upper section of the driveway and 1 vehicle in the lower section of the driveway, at no charge.
