Hyde Park Vineyards

Hyde Park Vineyards is set on a 7 acre farm that grows 2 varieties of grapes and has a flock of chickens. The property is a smart home with Verizon Fios wifi coverage 1GBPS. Each room has it’s own heater/AC unit and smart TV. The house has a living room with surround sound for movie nights. The kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, stove, microwave, Brevel espresso and kitchen aid mixer. There is a Grand piano in the library. Outdoors we have a fire pit, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs. Guests can park on the side of the house. If we are not home at the time of your stay we are available via the app to assist you with any issues or queries that may come up. We love the area, it’s scenic and 30 min drive to the Catskills and short drive to other Hudson Valley towns. A car is definitely required to get around and explore or one can take a metro or Amtrak train to Poughkeepsie station (with a 10-15 min Uber to the farm) and have a cozy farm stay. As mentioned in the intro, we have chickens on the farm as well as our neighbours have horses, cows and donkey’s on their property and you may hear distant animal noises (we love hearing these farm noises). We also have wood floors and footsteps may be heard. We try to minimise noise through the use of rugs and door draft stoppers.
