Lovely small bedroom for student or worker

A small but cozy guestroom for a fulltime student or a fulltime employee. A pleasant place that is near to everything but with lots of privacy & peace Guest can sleep nicely in a single- comfortable bed The house is 5 minutes walking distance to the train station and mall. Wifi information can be found under the House Manual page, where House Rules are also written Early check (sometimes possible): extra cost of €15 Late check out: cost €20 The house is a corner-house that needs to climb a stair up to reach the front door. The bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms. Downstairs are the toilet and the kitchen. There is a fast wifi internet. The house is few minutes away to a shopping center/ mall/ train station and busstop. There is also a 2 mins walk busstop next to the house. If you miss an information, Don’t hesitate to message me. Guests can access the shared bathroom, shared toilet, balconies and kitchen Kitchen: Cooking might be possible. Negotiation is needed. Cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs are available, as well as the Microwave & kettle. You may use the dining table to have your meal. Socializing with the guests once in a while is nice but I would love to give guests more space and privacy for themselves But guests can approach me anytime via app or face-to-face. There are lots of different nationalities living in this neighborhood. Maarssen is a big city but unlike Amsterdam it is more quiet & pleasant to live on. Our home is near to the shopping center where you could find lots of supermarkets and different types of shops and restaurants. The shopping center is next to Maarssen train station and busstop. Maarssen is in the middel of Amsterdam and Utrecht which is very accessible to everyone. The train to Utrecht centrum is only 9 minutes away. To Amsterdam (Bijlmer Arena: for example ) is only 19 minutes. There are lots of another supermarkets like Lidl and other shops also not less than 10 mins walking on the other side of the house There is a common parking lot just next to the house. Busstops also within 3 minutes walking. Train station 5 minutes walking distance, as well as the supermarkets and restaurants. McDonalds is also within 10 mins walking distance. 3 minutes with the bike. There is a big playground/ football court just outside the house. Netherland has lots to offer foods on delivery: delivery to your doorstep. Also you can have your online groceries delivered on the doorstep anytime Feel free to ask me for some tips and suggestions.
