Yamba Tiny House Iris

Modern holiday accomodation set on 30+ acres with beautiful river views located only 10 minutes from the beautiful beach town Yamba.  Each tiny house offers guests a comfortable stay, with its fully-equipped kitchen, complete with air-conditioning and heating. There is a queen sized bed up in the loft and a sofa bed on the ground floor, which can be converted to a double bed size. It can sleep 2 adults (in the loft) and 1 child or 2 small children (on the sofa bed) comfortably. Sealed drive way, plenty of parking near Tiny Houses. When we ask you to come stay with us at Yamba Tiny Houses, we mean ALL of you. No family member left behind. Each tiny house has a fully fenced dog yard with a Large dog kennel and a tap for water. - Dogs may be walked in surrounding paddocks and along the river and it is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet at all times on the property. - Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended when outside the dog yard. -No more than two dogs may be bought to any property at any time. - All pet food and amenities must be provided by the pet owner (for example you are to bring your own dog blankets etc). - All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, flea treatments and worm treatments. - Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste in a sealed ‘doggy doo’ plastic bag and removing from the property. - For health and safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the accommodation area (there is a designated wash bay area by the tack shed).
