A beautifully renovated and fully self contained annex with ample parking. Situated ten minutes from stunning Dartmoor hiking and 8 miles from Devon's glorious coastline. The apartment is attached to an elegant Georgian Manor nestled within a rural devon landscape. A wood burning stove and under floor heat will help you relax after your; hiking, biking, surfing or sunbathing. There is a gorgeous rain head shower and firewood is provided free of charge. Inside you will find high vaulted ceilings with large Velux windows and black-out blinds. There is a large sofa bed in the living area which comfortably sleeps 2 adults or children. There is ample private parking, a large fenced garden, and a private entrance. You will find the space very private, we are available as needed by phone and can provide assistance in person if needed. We live between the quiet hamlets of Bickington and South Knighton along the river Lemon. From the private gated garden you will enjoy pastoral views of the Lemon river valley. Our guest annex is best situated for those traveling by car. The nearest rail service is Newton Abbot. Taxi fees from Newton Abbot are approximately 15GBP. There are two pubs in walking distance. The Dartmoor Halfway Inn is 15 minutes walking via local footpaths and the Welcome Stranger is 4 minute drive or 30 minute walk.
