Amazing 4 Bedroom House on Playa Conchal-Sleeps 9

This gorgeous 3 bedroom house is located 1 km (1/2 mile) from the #1 beach in Costa Rica- Playa Conchal-home of the Westin and W Hotel. Set in the jungle in a small 12 home gated community (24 hour security), you are so close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the beauty that Costa Rica offers. Wake up to the sounds of monkeys nearby. We are located exactly 1 hour from Liberia airport. Most tourist activities are within 20 minutes. The house itself is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house all with air conditioning and beautiful private outdoor living area and private pool. The master has a king bed and beautiful private jungle view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Also on the balcony is a home gym for those wishing to work out. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a double. It has a full kitchen It will sleep up to 8 people ( one room has bunk beds that sleep 3 and the master is large enough for an extra supplied mattress if needed). It has a full kitchen with indoor eating area and beautiful large outdoor eating area complete with BBQ. It has wireless internet and the living room has a 50 inch TV. It also has an outdoor shower and washer and dryer. This area of Playa Conchal, Brasiltio, Playa Flamingo, Potrero and Tamarindo is full of beautiful restaurants and places to hang out. It is also tourist central with so much to do including surfing, stand up paddleboarding, snorkelling, scuba diving, waterfalls tour, volcano tours, fishing, atv rides, jet skis, horseback riding, sunset cruises, hikes, zip lining, mountain biking, white water rafting, exploring and so much more. The community has 24 hour security and is very safe. We live close by and are very accessible for anything you need. As well, we operate one of the top surf schools here in Costa Rica- Mojo Surf Adventures and can help you plan your days, tours and activities. Our house is the perfect place to stay in Costa Rica. Known for it's beauty and lush jungles, Casa de Mojo is surrounded by nature and jungle as it is just far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to get there in 10-20 minutes. Enjoy the totally private secluded back yard and outdoor living area and gorgeous pool and tanning area. There are 17 beaches within a half hourof the house and a short 1/2 mile walk will bring you to Playa Conchal, the tiop beach in Costa Rica. Also nearby are the hidden beaches of Playa Minas and Bahia Pirates as well as a couple hidden beaches. There is no public transportation here and we highly recommend having a car. You can walk the beach to Brasilito, cute little town and only a 1 hour walk from the house. Taxis are inexpensive and can pick you up as well if needed.
