Cosy North Norfolk cottage

A traditional flint cottage in a beautiful north Norfolk village ideally located for accessing the coast. Built in 1818, the property is cosy and comfortable with all items needed for a home from home holiday, decorated to a high standard with real wood floors and quality fittings and fixtures. A wood burner and sumptuous loaf sofa provide the perfect spot for snuggling, enclosed rear garden and with the village pub in east walking distance the property offers a great break all year round. Entire home- 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, separate living and dining rooms as well as equipped kitchen and family bathroom. Parking and enclosed garden. Available for questions via phone or email The village of East Rudham has a gorgeous pub serving great food with friendly service as well as a farm shop with in walking distance and a small play park. Just off the main road it’s easy to find and only 15 minutes drive to the nearest beautiful beach. Parking is on the road immediately outside the property. The village is on a main bus route which runs a regular service to the larger towns of kings Lynn and fakenham. You will need to bring your own towels. Bedding is provided and tea towels as well basic cleaning materials. There is a hot water tank used on a timer basis and electric heaters throughout as well as a cosy log burner.
