The building is in a quiet neighbourhood and has elevator. Morning sun on the balcony and in the kitchen, with afternoon and evening sun in the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher. In the living room there are 2 sofas, which could be used also for sleeping, but with less confort. There is also big TV and access to many channels. Bathroom has both shower and bathtub, washing machine You can find parking space around the building. The surroundings are very green, tennis court next to the building. access to the walking path next to the river to reach city centre.
