In Ranco, a small village on the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, we rent a villa of about 250 sqmt in an elegant, exclusive and quiet environment with a superb view of the lake and the Alps. Private garden and swimming pool for guests. The villa is surrounded by a huge terraced garden of 3000 square meters with a large swimming pool exclusive for our guests. The VILLA has been furnished with care and elegance, it is ideal for holidays and up to 10 people. At the Ground floor, organized as a large loft with direct access to the garden, you will find the living room, a comfortable fireplace with TV area and a new modern kitchen. Close to it a sort of “studio” can be used as bedroom for two persons with its own bathroom. At the first floor there are three bed rooms with two wide bathrooms for 6 or 8 persons. At the lower level near to the children/play room, with ping pong and soccer table, there is another bedroom for two persons with exclusive bathroom. Your peace and privacy will be assured. The swimming pool (10x5 mt) overlooks the lake and it’s immersed in nature and flower garden. FOR A SPECIAL DINNER an Italian Chef can cook for our guests a typical Italian menu at home. A nice evening relaxing and tasting good food without …. any stress ! FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE TOURISTIC TOUR ON THE LAKE I can offer you a boat trip (with lunch or dinner included) on my own rubber boat. 4 or 6 hours discovering the most amazing places of the Lago Maggiore (monastery, villages, castles, islands) and stopping for some fresh plunge ! TOP for children. Nearby you can take advantage of a golf course and a beautiful bike trails, nautical activities, hiking and trekking or historical cultural visits, the countless artistic and historical Lombardy and Piedmont close. Ranco is located 45 km from Milan and 30 minutes from Malpensa Airport. A big Supermarket is 2 Km far away. The village, with its good restaurants and a nice bar on the lake shore, is at two minutes’ walk from the house. The owner lives occasionally in a small independent apartment of the Villa (different entry and parking) If absent, the owner is always reachable by phone. An house keeper is responsible for doing the cleaning of the garden and swimming pool.
