Large windows that have views of the lawn and the White River. Lovely sunshine and tree tops from all sides. Free parking on site with easy access to private entrance. The neighborhood is on the Historic Register of Historic Places. Private coded entry for easy check in. Code will be sent to guest just prior to 3pm check in. The home is in the historic Minnetrista neighborhood. This house was the first house built on McCulloch Blvd in 1892. The large lawn is surrounded by trees. Based on the season, plan on seeing wildlife. Numerous bald eagles sitings on the White River. We love it and hope you do too. If you love to walk and nature, this is an ideal location. Downtown is walking distance to many restaurants etc. If you prefer to drive, we have plenty of free parking on site.
