This beachfront apartment of 3 bedrooms ensuite is located right on the best beach of the island. The view on the turquoise lagoon is mesmerizing. There is a fully functional and equipped kitchen, complete with a spacious living area, Cable TV & Wifi. Guests have access to the pool and parking space available. The building has 24hour security. The apartment is located on the first floor. It offers an impressive view on the beach and sea from the balcony. The 158m2 apartment has three double-bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. A spacious living area comprising of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens directly onto the terrace. It comes with free WIFI. Guests have access to the whole apartment of 158 square metre, and a balcony opening onto the landscaped garden and the sea view. They also have access 7m x 4m slated swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers and umbrellas. On the beach , dedicated beach thatched kiosks and loungers are assigned to each apartment. Parkings bays are available at the entrance of the complex and 1 parking is allocated exclusively for the use of our guests. We have a dedicated team ready to help. I am also available should you need any help. We are located on the South East Coast of Mauritius, within the picturesque, friendly neighborhood of Pointe d’Esny. This tropical paradise stretches from Blue Bay to the colorful village of Mahebourg and is known to Mauritians as being one of the best stretches of white beach and preserved lagoon on the island. The coastline is primarily residential, dotted with holiday homes and second residences which come alive mostly during holiday season and over weekends. Blue Bay, to the South, is known for its Marine Park where one may enjoy snorkeling among the best kept coral formations on the island. To the North is Mahebourg, a charming historical village - its vibrant market and typical village life makes for an authentic experience of Mauritius. The complex is a convenient 15-minute drive from the SSR International Airport, 20 minutes drive from the town of Curepipe and approximately 45 minutes drive from Port Louis, the country’s capital city. If you want to have spend the whole holiday at the beach then, you don't need to hire a car, but if you want to be independent and not rely on taxis or public transportation, we will recommend that you rent a car. •A daily paid housekeeping service is provided to guests in order to ensure that the the standard of service is being kept and the apartment is maintained properly. This service is unavailable on weekends and bank holidays and is payable up to €10/per day. To be finalised upon booking, for special requests. • Guests should switch off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment. It is unacceptable to use the air conditioners while windows are opened. The A/C is monitored remotely and in case of abuse, we will switch it off. Ignoring this rule will result in a €100 fee being withheld from the security damage deposit upon checkout.
