Relax with vineyard views in your private hot tub. Our two bedroom plus optional bunkhouse (in season) cottage is situated between our working vineyard and the sandy beach of the Northumberland Strait. Jost Vineyards, Bella Vista Farms and Malagash Cidery, and Bay Enterprises for Malagash and Tatamagouche Oysters are all close by. If golf is your game, both Northumberland Links and Fox Harb’r are close by. In the winter months, Ski Wentworth is a short 20 minute drive away Our cottage is on a 6 acre vineyard property with steps down to the sandy beaches of the Northumberland Strait which boasts the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. There are two bedrooms in the cottage as well as a hideabed in the living room. May thru October, there is an optional bunkhouse with two single beds and a half bath for an extra charge. There is a wood stove in the living room with wood provided for fires each evening (nov-may). The hot tub fits 4-6 people and is functional year round. Beach towels for the hot tub are provided. Satellite tv We live close by, so are available at anytime should you have any questions or concerns. A scenic 1.5 hour drive from the Halifax or Moncton airports The warm waters of the Northumberland Strait are perfect for many water activities including kayaking, sailing and enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches. Jost Vineyards, 1km away, has earned a reputation for producing world class wines. Find your favorite at their complimentary tasting bar and enjoy on their patio overlooking the vineyard while enjoying lunch from their seasonal kitchen. Bella Vista Farm and Cidery, 8km away on Tatamagouche Bay, hand crafts artisanal ciders on their Malagash farm. Bay Enterprises, 6km away and also on Tatamagouche Bay, is the place to buy Malagash and Tatamagouche Bay oysters. The Wentworth Valley is a 20 minute drive. There are many hiking trails, one of the best places to see the NS fall colors, and home to Ski a Wentworth. Tatamagouche is a vibrant little village a short 10 minute drive away. There are quaint gift stores, a butcher shop, and craft brewery.
