There's a big beach of sand, very long, with little bars each 150 mt where you can rent umbrellas and chaise longue, eat and drink also cocktails. This area is a natural coastal dune park, so they try to keep it natural. The beach bars are Paloma Beach, Oasi Beach, Zion Beach, Cuba Libre Beach Club, Marine Village, Mecs Beach, and the Brasilian Beach, the funniest one! After that there is also a naturist oasis. If you want to visit Rome there's a bus from Campo Ascolano that takes you to the railway station at Ostia Lido, and in 40 minutes you can get to the center or Rome.
