Two rooms are rarely rented at the same time so usually you have your own bathroom. Full access to everything in the house… kitchen, laundry room, back yard and patio. Guests have access to the kitchen, back yard, pool, patio, and even the laundry room if they need laundry done. They also have their own fridge and pantry space in the kitchen. I don’t mind interacting with guests but I prefer to give them their space… unless they are wanting some company to chat with. I should be available by text or phone call any time of the day or night. There’s free coffee at the coffee/alcohol bar.
