Just undergone a complete refurbishment,more photos will follow as new ideas are being added all the time This property (house) is best suited for 4 parents and their 4 children or up to 6 adults. There is a non insulated log cabin (see photos) with a large sofa bed and futon, if you wanted to spread out, you would need to bring your preferred sleeping bedding for the log cabin,say sleeping bags. Ideal for the warmer months. There is electricity and a heater,lovely experience waking up right in the woods listening to the owls, and wood peckers. This refurbished cottage has a new kitchen with all the amenities you would expect including,washing machine tumble dryer fridge freezer, the cosy lounge area has a log burner (free logs) you have a separate dining room that will seat 8 people, there is a separate WC on the ground floor, the first floor comprises of three double bedrooms,one with king-size bed and one twin of which you can push together if you wish, another which has two singles for two adults or children, and a bunk bed, which could sleep another two children. There is a new shower room with WC on the first floor. With so much to do here, you will have a big garden with disposable bbq area (don’t forget to bring your disposable bbq) children’s play area, Log Cabin/sports room for the older children and the grown ups to chill out and enjoy the afternoon sun. also we have teamed up with Adventure pirate who are a outdoor activity centre next door, so you can book your activities there, adventure pirate have given us permission to use their facilities to include Camp fire area, children’s play area with slides and swings ext after activities classes have finished in the afternoon. What a great added bonus to your holiday, also there are some great dog walking areas around, Wareham woods being one of them. Although you are in a rural setting you are only 10 minutes drive into Poole town , check out Farmer Palmer’s and Monkey World just two major attractions close by, there are two great public houses just down the road both walking distance. ( Saint Peters finger and the Bakers Arms. The courtyard just around the corner do great lunches and breakfasts. This is the perfect base for a couple of families to get together and enjoy the big outdoors and visit all the major things that Dorset has to offer.
