Brand New Listing This space is good for single people who need a temporary place to stay and save money, Also good for solo adventurers and business travelers This SFH is close to lots of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, public transport, parks, the city center. You’ll love my place because it's professionally managed , safe, clean, good location, and v practical & comfortable. You will also have access to high speed wifi, free parking & paid laundry. This is not a private room, You will share a bunkbed with another person, each one will have have their own clean linen & towels and share all other amenities as well like kitchen and bathrooms. Room has 2 bunkbeds and I have used room dividers between the beds for extra privacy. PLEASE NOTE The 1/2 bath mentioned in the listing is downstairs and Full bath is upstairs Guest are welcome to use the kitchen, living room & backyard. please don't forget to clean after yourself my co-host "Jennifer" lives at the property & can help you with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, she can also give you a ride for a reasonable fees. Typically suburban area and yet everything close by. My cohost can also give you a ride for $20 local in Modesto and if u need to go over 5mile radius, it will depend where u need to go , usually charges 25% less than uber. Since this is a shared space, please avoid loud & lengthy conversations inside the house. please wear headphones if listening to any videos or music no shoes inside the house shower time less than 15mins please clean after yourself, and be respectful of other guests in the house.
