DoubleDare - Lancefield Luxury Guest Suite

This beautiful self contained guest suite has a ramp entrance to a contemporary light filled space with a gorgeous King Bed, luxury crisp hotel linens, with private deck, huge bathroom, & walk in shower with shower bench to soothe aching muscles. The suite is super sized, with a beautiful sun lit deck for morning coffee or a glass of wine. A mini kitchen & bar fridge for essentials. Luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner. Nespresso machine. Lovely dining table & chairs, Wifi, 50" TV, EV charger. Reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. Mini kitchen, bar fridge, microwave, dining table, chairs & console table. Special touches include a rain shower, a hand shower and a bench in the shower to sit on. Luxury hotel linens and bathrobes. A cosy reading nook. A huge TV. Good wifi. With notice, we can organise a savoury platter for a late night arrival, or a breakfast basket to ease into the day. It's an easy 5min walk to the main street. DoubleDare features an EV charger (additional cost) Fabulous superb quality restaurants in Kyneton & Woodend, and nearby Romsey (Soltan Pepper) are great too. For local meals, the Lancefield Hotel is the place for pub meals & A Slice of Perfection’s gourmet pizza is fantastic. The Lancefield Lodge is wonderful Please note - the country might be gorgeous, internet & power can be unreliable in major storms. The room is big enough to host a small baby in your own crib. No crawling bubs, no toddlers as its not suitable. Separate access to the guest suite. Your own private door from a common ramp entry. The suite is fully self contained. Private deck. Parking out the front, or otherwise on the street under the tree. Disabled access is not perfect, but ramp and bathroom are accessible. There is a lip on both doors (entrance door, and door to deck). Typically I live in the house wing behind the guest suite otherwise available via messenger. An easy 5min flat walk to High Street. Wonderful things to do - Lancefield Markets (4th Saturday of every month), the local Lancefield pub, Lancefield providore (brilliant coffee!), a fantastic health destination (Evixia - yoga, massage, floats) Bakery, Day Spa, Gourmet Pizza and also a Wine bar. Local swimming lap pool (summer) is a quick 2min drive. Nearest wineries : 5 min drive. The property is infant/bub friendly, but not suitable for crawling bubs or toddlers. With notice, I can supply an ergonomic chair & a monitor for your laptop. Wifi is good for teams calls. Car parking out the front of the guest suite to the left of the water fountain, or on the street. I can give you tips on wineries, food spots & local shops. Lancefield is an easy 5min walk. A beautiful drive to Woodend, Riddles Creek, Romsey & Kyneton. Daylesford is just an extra hop away. I am a keen gardener, & being a relatively new residence I am still toiling in the back yard most weekends. The suite does not suit toddlers.
