parramatta CBD-2 beds-close to everything

My apartment is 1 min walk to parramatta train station and westfield shopping center. there is one bedroom with 2 double size bed, one in the room, another one in the living room with room divider. My apartment is in parramatta CBD, close to everything that you need. westfield shopping centre, business area, hospital. please note: the apartment type is 2 separate studio in on apartment, both are independent. otherwise you cannot find that price no shared in parramatta. please donot argue with me. if you want totally independent, please go to my other apartment type. price are different. Laundry room is shared, but it is outside of apartment. If one guest stay, we will lock one bedroom. The guest stay as the studio with full function kitchen. parking is extra $15 per night If you book as 2 guests, we only prepare one bed. If you request 2 beds, extra linen fee require. $20 for the first night, $10 for the additional night. No smoking No party No extra people stay or visit Quiet hour between 9pm-7am
