This studio apartment is close to Downtown Kincardine (2 blocks) where you can enjoy shopping, dining and our beautiful beaches. You’ll love this place because of the private entrance and deck where you can enjoy the sunrise (not mandatory). These second floor accommodations will be comfortable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The studio apartment consists of a full kitchen, queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. The second story deck overlooks the Penetangore River valley where you will find an extensive trail system. For those rainy days or when you're not hearing the call of the outdoors you can choose to recline on the love seat and enjoy a movie on Netflix. Private access to the apartment is found along the side of the house up an outdoor staircase. At the top you'll find your private deck appointed with 2 muskoka chairs and access to the apartment via sliding patio doors. Our family of four (+a very friendly dog) lives in the adjacent house and are happy to help however possible. Very quite street that we are right at the dead end of. Friendly neighborhoods! Walking or biking is easy downtown and to the lake. But parking is available at Station beach too.
