There is so much to do here in Southern Illinois! Head out to near by Farmer’s Markets, Antique Stores, Wineries, and Breweries or go Cave exploring, Hiking, Golfing, and Fishing…….or just stay put and enjoy your very own relaxing Oasis. Enjoy the large deck over looking a pretty blue pond with a fountain spray. “You’ll catch sight of our pet ducks swimming and feeding in the pond.” Grab a blanket and build fire in a designated fire pit. Cozy up in the swing or place the chairs around the fire…..Sing songs or tell stories, roast hot dogs, and make s’mores…..how fun! Or just watch the beautiful night sky. Sooth those tired aching muscles and get a back message in a brand new hot tub. Always a special treat to see the deer that cross the property at dusk. Pick out board games and gather around the table. ..( game / book hutch found in the living room ) or create a quiet atmosphere by turning on the electric fire place, getting a book & warm throw, or maybe just catch up on some extra zzz’s. We respect guests privacy at all times, and would only interact if needed. Love the safe cozy atmosphere of the area. We are centrally located with attractions all around in town and neighboring towns. Beautiful lakes to the near North, hiking and wildlife viewing to the near South. Wineries to the near West & Southwest. Attractions with in 5 to 60 minutes depending on what you choose. You will need a vehicle to get around. There is a local taxi service if needed or use an Uber.. There are workout Gyms 3 miles away, new one being constructed in town 1/4 mile. Also, grocery store and Restaurants with in 1/4 mile. Cinema within 3 miles. 4 Antique Stores in town. Two town Parks with lighted walking tracks. 18 hole Golf Course 1/4 mile.
