It's less than a 5 minute walk to everything you need in Sundridge and also home of the largest fresh water lake in the world without an island! This 3 bedroom bungalow is great for girls or guys weekends, family vacations or just a weekend away from the city. The water is about a 5 min walk from the home, we offer a brand new, large deck for outdoor dining and a little fire pit for cozy evening conversations. Guests have access to the entire property except the garage and back yard shed. I live on the next street over and can be to the property in less than 2 min if guests have any issues or questions.
