Entire annex - fresh and open plan space

The self contained annex is separate to our home and has been designed to make the perfect and comfortable little space to stay. Consisting of a comfy double bed and pull out double sofa bed (suitable for an adult or child). Smart TV, WiFi and bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, under counter fridge which has a small freezer, kettle, toaster and a portable induction hob. Tea and coffee supplied. You have your own private yard, access, entrance and parking is available. A comfy open room in which the living room, sleeping area and kitchenette are combined. A small kitchen dining set with 2 high back stools has recently been installed. Crosskeys is a quiet area, with several shops. Risca is close by with many local shops and supermarkets. You have your own private access and entrance. Street parking is readily available directly outside the annex and is free. You are separate to our home but I am close by should you need anything. Crosskeys is a quiet and friendly area, with beautiful Waunfawr Park close by. We are 10 minutes from the M4, 7 miles from Newport and the drive to Cardiff is approx 17 miles or a direct train will take approx 30 minutes from Crosskeys train station. Crosskeys train station is a 10 minute walk away from the property, with trains running every hour into the city centre (Cardiff central). There's also an hourly train service between Crosskeys and Newport on the Ebbw Vale line. Buses into Risca, Newport and Cardiff also run regularly from the nearby bus stop. We are close to the Cwmcarn Forest Drive which has extensive mountain biking trails. Twmbarlwm and Machen mountain, Sirhowy Valley Country Park and the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal (the Crumlin Arm) is also easily accessible with some lovely pubs to pop into along the way. A perfect location to enjoy the countryside and easy access into the city!
