This rental has a queen bed in the bedroom. Towels and washcloths are included for four guests. It was just remodeled with brand new paint throughout, a new central heating and air HVAC unit, new bedding and flooring, and leather dual-reclining sofa in the living room. This rental includes a complete kitchen with all of the necessities, from pots and pans down to silverware, and a full-size stove & refrigerator, and charcoal grill for your use on your private, covered, back patio! Pets allowed. Contactless check in and check out is a must. You are emailed your door code the day of check in and once inside you have an extra security door lock. 3PM check-in & 11AM check-out. Early check-in and late check-out ma (Website hidden by Airbnb) be available for an additional fee. 2-night minimum stay required which will include all of the luxuries you have in your own home. PETS WELCOMED! $100 non-refundable pet fee will be required though due to the extensive deep cleaning conducted after a pet has visited.
