Huge discounts for monthly booking-deposit required The bungalow is simple but comfortable with privacy and trees/nature/views & 4/20 friendly. Memory foam mattresses and smart tvs in every room, nice linens washed/fresh for each new guest. Covid/cleaning. Laid back/good energy getaway. Spend time outside with your friends or pets. Call the city of Florence non emergency if you want a bonfire. Or, use the chiminea almost anytime. There is plenty of wood around we dont charge for it. The home is kind of rustic but very comfortable. If you like views, nature, land you will like this. You get the amenities of Florence but since you are on the hill it feels alot more isolated. The entire acre is fenced and about 1/3 of it is your own private dog park. There is a plenty of patio furniture, a chiminea, a bbq pit so you can find relaxing or fun things to do during your stay. The indoor dining table seats 8 comfortably. The living room furniture consists of a full size leather sofa, a sitting chair and a chaise lounge chair that converts into a twin xl bed. There are breweries and restaurants as well as shopping within walking distance. There is easy parking. You drive up into the private gated driveway, park as close to the double gate to the courtyard that leads to the house & walk a few steps to the house. No stairs!!! You can fit many vehicles on the property. There is enough space for a motor home or boat. No stairs to deal with and no crappy big city street parking to leave your car to get wrecked or vandalized. Veteran owned. We don't charge a cleaning fee for first 2 guests. I think we would all like to avoid further fees/surcharges these days so please clean up after yourselves. If you would like cleaning services & pet clean up/poop removal service please let me know it's available. Threre are outside perimeter security cameras. If any accidental damage was caused we can discuss reasonable options. We love next door & use the barn on the property, so you may meet some of our dogs when we are there. The bungalow is on top of a hill with spectacular views all around. There is alot of monster bucks that get super close to backyard. Lots of birds around, quail, doves, sparrows, rabbits. You can see the sun come up on the front side of the house & watch spectacular sunsets in the heavily landscaped backyard. The house is inside the Florence City Limits. Walking distance to Florence Brewery & Antique Stores, Restaurants & Coffee Shops. 8 minutes from Canon City, 38 miles to Colorado Springs, 28 miles to Pueblo West & 2 hours to Denver. There is plenty to do. Pathfinder river park along the arkansas river is only 1.5 miles away & many other river trails close by. River rafting, helicopter tours, jeep tours, the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is only 10 minutes away. There is plenty of easy accessible space to park your vehicles or recreational vehicles. You are walking distance from downtown Florence if you like restaurants, bars, shopping. The bungalow is charming but simple. The beds are great-memory foam so no back pain or discomfort. The beds are made with clean linens upon your arrival. There are smart tvs in every room. There is an outdoor kennel if you wish to leave your pet at home. Pets are allowed but please clean after your pet to avoid any issues. If you have pets that are used to being by your side, bring lots of old sheets to cover the furniture to avoid pet hair/shedding problems.
