Private Room and Bath in Historic Batesville.

Located in the Historic Downtown Batesville, the oldest city in Arkansas. My home is very clean and spacious and was built in 1936. I live in the Master bedroom and have my own bathroom. I have one friendly Shih Tzu dog. The house has a private room, and a private bathroom in the hallway next to the living room. The common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, etc., are shared areas. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Your private room is located in the front of the house and the bathroom is in the hall, right next door to your private room. There is free parking behind the house. You will be within walking distance to the store. The house is located on a one way street. WiFi Living Room (Shared with owner: Includes TV and gaming system.)
