This beautiful country side home is situated just in the skirts of Chelsea, a beautiful quiet rural town in Birmingham Alabama. There’s a lake in the neighborhood that welcomes fishing or a peaceful run. Home is fully stocked for all your needs and our guests desires. Why pay for a hotel when you can have the entire house to yourself? We can’t wait to host you! You can have the entire home to yourself! Why pay a hotel the same amount for two beds and a TV when you can have an entire home with a fenced yard and a full functioning kitchen? Bring your wine, and be ready for lots of R&R! Carefully designed to be super cozy, you won’t regret staying here Guests have the whole house to themselves. You must provide us an advance notice if you wish to access the garage as it’s being used as shared space for storing items. Also note, this property is under exterior surveillance just as you’d find at a hotel Guests MUST have their profile verified. No exceptions ! You will receive an email requesting id verification followed by an email with your rental agreement. New guests without reviews will be charged a fully refundable $500 security deposit. For safety, security, and convenience, the front and back entrance to the house is monitored by ring cameras that record audio and video. Footage may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Pet Policy: As dog lovers, we know it can be hard to leave your four-legged friends at home, so we are happy to host guests with dogs. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know. There will be an additional $150 pet fee each charged at the time of a successful booking. We have a few rules we ask guests with pets to follow: 1. Only well behaved, well traveled, house trained dogs are allowed. 2. Keep your dogs on leash when they are outside. Do not let them roam free, keep an eye on them at all times, and please clean up after them – no one likes to step in poo. 3. No pets on the furniture. Please use a dog bed, blanket, or crate. Please bring your own dog beds. If pets come on the furniture, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be applied. 4. Do not leave your dogs unattended in the rental for more than an hour or two at a time. Lonely dogs in new spaces can quickly become destructive and disruptive. 5. No aggressive or loud dogs are permitted. If your pup struggles with these issues, please keep him at home. Disruptive, barking, and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave, and their owners will forfeit any remaining nights on their reservation without a refund. Finally, by bringing a pet on the property, you agree to assume full responsibility for your pet. If your pet causes any injury or harm to other people or to the property, you will be 100% liable for any necessary treatment, care, or repair.
