It is located in a 4 bedroom home in Palatine with one other resident. Very near several parks in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store. This rental space includes a newly furnished bedroom with a dedicated workspace. A monitor can be provided to extend your workspace upon request. The private bathroom is newly remodeled. Towels and hair dryer are provided. A powder room is located on the first floor of the home. Enjoy the benefits of a private living room as well. The living room right off the kitchen is a private space included with this bedroom with couch, chair and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishwater, glasses, salt & pepper & oil. The kitchen also has mixing bowls, a baking sheet, and Tupperware for food storage. Laundry is available for free in the house and soap and dryer sheets are available. You will have a great deal of privacy in your space while staying here, as the only shared space is the kitchen and additional powder room.
