Stylish home with amazing entertainment area

This modern, stylish hunter home has been carefully designed to convey a sense of laid-back luxury. It's the perfect space for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy time together – the entertainment areas are a highlight – and it's only 15 minutes from the wineries. After a day in the vineyards, come back to the house for a swim, a game of pool, have a BBQ or a rotisserie and watch the fire crackle with the wine you bought. Located in the quiet town of Singleton, we are just 15mins from the wineries. The town offers a lot of great pubs with beer gardens, restaurants and cafes. We have worked hard to create a very stylish space that also offers a lot of entertainment. Carport available for 2 cars and plenty of on street car spaces. You can use either the front door or back door for access. The lock box will be located on the back door. We're happy to answer all questions you may have. Including how to use the rotisserie, best places to eat and drink. Local walks and activities. Please reach us by text message. It's a quite neighbourhood, full of beautiful jacaranda tree. During spring all singleton is cover in its purple flower. Plenty of tour buses to explore the vineyards. We have a temporary pool while we are waiting for the new pool to arrive next year. The 4th bedroom has a sofabed, please let us know if you want it to have it prepared as a bed for you. We have a travel cot and a bassinet (for newborns) as well, please let us know if you want it.
