Broomhill is a friendly well sought after area in the beautiful west end of Glasgow. It's very peaceful, stunning parks, artisan coffee shops and a couple of restaurants. It's a 3min walk to the train station where within an 8min ride you're in Glasgow City. You can easily walk to Glasgow University, Byres Rd, Botanic Gardens, or Clydeside. Trains are very regular. It is a perfect location to explore further afield too, trains direct to Edinburgh, 45min approx. Loch Lomond also. Bike hire availa Victorian tenement property filled with love, musical instruments, artefacts, silliness and art. Friendly middle/upper class area, a real mix of humans and animals. Great cafes, a couple of quality restaurants and local artisan shops...all walking distance. Beautiful park <1min from the house. Very peaceful tree lined streets, a real joyful area You're most welcome to use the living room, kitchen, dining facilities, bathroom and outdoor space with seated area plus canopy and fire pit I'm so fortunate to be able to say I think the majority of people are quite wonderful. I'm happy to chat about anything, happy to answer any questions, happy to provide home cooked meals or arrange special events. Or, I'm perfectly happy to leave you to the peace and quiet. Getting me by phone is easy #letkindnesswin It's very friendly and really pretty peaceful here. On a clear night you can hear the horn blow from the ship builders at the Clyde... it's quite atmospheric. No parties, people might get slightly peeved if you put the recycling out incorrectly but that's about it! I love it here ❤️ you will too I have 2 bikes you're welcome to hire. The train station is very close, as is a main bus route. Walking is also safe and lots of really lovely vistas. The city centre is less than 10mins away by train We have a dog, he's a scruff bag terrier and super super friendly. Although he hates the postman, poor Stevie.... 🙈
