Cars can be parked in our driveway and in the back yard. Please keep all cars on our property, and respect the neighbors. Do not park any cars in the neighboring driveway. Set across the street from the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This house is on a busy street set in a neighborhood of other single family homes. Please park in the back of the house. Transportation by car is the easiest way to get around Des Moines. This property is 10 minutes from downtown Des Moines, and is located on the East side of town. Please note that the bedroom with the two twin beds is in the basement. This room has an egress window.
