Very nice recently updated 2 bedroom one bathroom house with carport/patio. The living room, dining room, and kitchen is one large open space with fireplace. Only one mile and you are on Interstate-10. No pets. All spaces are for the guests We are available if guests need anything but often we never meet our guests because they self check in when they arrive with the smart keypad lock - just enter your 4 digit code. It’s a quiet family neighborhood 3 blocks off Burnside Ave (Highway 44.) About 1 mile to Interstate-10. 30 miles to Baton Rouge and 50 miles to New Orleans. In Gonzales most people get around by car. PETS: We do not allow pets. If we discover that a guest has brought in a pet we charge the guest a $200.00 fee. Some people are allergic to pets. It can be costly to clean after a pet and even more costly when a guest cancels their reservation because their allergies flare up due to the previous guest bringing in a pet.
