Tuscan Apartment in Heaven, Ground floor, Pool

Amazing mansion located on the top of a small hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves! Our villa is divided into 4 apartments. Each apt has separate entrance and private garden! This apartment in particular it has a pergola which i idear for your alfresco dinner. The big ground with equipped Pool area and the Parking, they are to be shared with the other eventual guests of our property. The place is very relaxing, quite and super safe! The ideal location to discover all parts of Tuscany! The Apartment (55 square meters) is setting on the ground floor of the property and it's accessible directly from its own big garden with amazing view above the classic Tuscan Countryside! Fast Wifi and TV Sat! Getting in the apartment thanks to a big window door you'll find: - a bright living area with comfortable Sofa and a singular designed kitchenette (Fridge, freezer, Oven, Dishwasher.. a small sink.. plates, dishes and cutlery and all you will need to prepare and eat your meals). Also a big Table in the living room. - The Bedroom of the apartment is setting on the same level but just 4 steps above the level of the living room. Here you'll find a comfortable queen size bed, big wardrobe! This room of the apartment is on the ground level of the main tower of the property. In the history the tower it was the real house of the most famous Italian painter: Giotto di Bondone! - A Bathroom with Shower, Washbasin, WC and Bidet. - In your private garden you'll find a Gazebo and a table with chairs, ideal for your al fresco dinner or breakfast! Always at your disposal in the Common areas: - Our parking area just next to the main gate of the villa - A big panoramic Pool (About 13 x 4 meters). Here you'll find sun beds and sun umbrellas, a shower, and also a nice pergola! - A Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer Machine too! - Free WiFi 24hours 7days In the apartment there is no Air Conditioning but we can guarantee you that thanks to the very big stone walls of the entire villa and its apartments always you will feel very comfortable! All the apartments are very airy and fresh! Our guests have free access to all areas of the property: - Panoramic pool and its equipments (POOL is Open from 1st May to 30th September) - Parking - The patio with sun umbrellas, tables, chairs and the external covered living area in the garden. - Laundry - The big ground of the property! Me and my family we live in Florence, about 20 minutes driving from the Villa! We will think to receive you and we will be glad to give you suggestions and tips about the area! Also sometime during the Summer, especially during the week end we come to the property where we have also a 5th apartment that we never rent to be sure to have a place to stay in case we want to move for while in the countryside :) We are very discreet people and we are more then happy to meet people from all over the world and allow them enjoying our mansion! We have a restaurant close to Florence so we are always very busy but if possible on request we can provide you private Tuscan dinners at the property, breakfast.. or other kind of extra services. IMPORTANT: You will need a car to enjoy your stay here. We are in the countryside so a car is a must like in all the rural areas in Tuscany. The place is ideal for those who love to keep in touch with the nature. Also we produce local wine and olive oil in the grounds just around the property! The area is the best for trekking, long walks and outdoor sports! There are lot of trails for running for example. The panorama is amazing and featured by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests! From our property you will enjoy a 360° view above the the most green area of Tuscany! In the area also you'll find some wine farm for example La Matteria, which is an authentic small family farm where they produce Extra Virgin Olive oil, Wines and they grow apple trees too! Here you will find several options to have wine testing and other activities! A stay at our mansion is a great opportunity not only to discover the countryside but also the art and the culture. In fact Florence city center is just 30 Km away!!! Also you can reach Florence city center catching a train from the small train station of Vicchio (There is almost one train per hour from the early morning to the evening). Vicchio is the nearest village. It's just 4 Km away from our villa. Here you'll find Supermarkets, groceries shops, bars, atm, petrol stations, pharmacies... For Shopping Lover we are very close also to the Barberino Outlet Village which is one od the biggest luxury shopping mall in Italy! Bologna also is not far from here, about one hour driving, it could be a nice option for a full day trip! Some Distances: - Vicchio (Groceries, pharmacies, Atm, Petrol stations, bar, train station....): 4 Km (5 minutes driving) - Barberino Outlet Village: less then 15 minutes driving - Florence city center: 30 Km, about 40 minutes driving. By train is one hour but you will avoid the problem of parking in the city. Train is very convenient if you have to reach the main center area since the train leave you in the heart of the historical Florence at Santa Maria Novella train station. - Bologna City Center: 1 hour and 20 minutes (90 Km) - Incisa Val d'Arno(The Mall): 45 Km (40 Minutes driving) - Greve In Chianti: 60 Km less then 1 hour driving - San Gimignano: 90 Km - 1 hour and 10 minutes - Lucca & Pisa: About 1 hour and 30 minutes (100 Km to Lucca) - Rimini: 137 Km - 2 Hours driving. Airports: - Florence Airport: 30 Minutes driving - Bologna Airport: 1 hour and 15 minutes driving - Pisa Airport: 1 hour and 45 minutes driving - Milan Airport: 2 hours and 30 minutes driving Price Includes: - Bed and bath linen (Weekly change) - Fast Wifi - Final Cleaning - Private Parking of the Property - The use of the Pool area and its equipments - Laundry - Electricity, water and Utilities in general. Price Not include: - Tourist Tax: 2,5 Euro per person per night (Children under 12 yo free of charges) - Eventual extra cleaning or extra bed and bath linen changes (The first set is included and you'll find the apartment ready for a comfortable stay). CHECK IN: We are able to check in between noon and 6 pm usually. Please in case of different arrival time let us know before to make a confirmation. For guests who will arrive before the afternoon we will give them the keys and they will be allowed to drop their luggages and to stay in the pool or garden while they will wait that the apartment will be ready for their stay in case the cleaning staff will have finished. ;) (POOL is Open from 1st May to 30th September)
