The Stable is a cosy cottage in Dorset with private hot tub. Situated on The Victorian Barn Estate within 65 acres it's the perfect family friendly rural holiday. Capitalising on the fantastic position within the landscape, our 14 self catering barn conversions, cottages and lodges make the most of the far reaching countryside views. Leisure facilities include an indoor heated pool with daily private hire sessions, games room, activity suite, fishing lakes and an outdoor childrens play area. The Stable is a cosy ground floor cottage in Dorset with private hot tub on The Victorian Barn Estate. It is a quaint & cosy, semi detached holiday home, converted from a Victorian stable barn. The Stable is perfect for 2 – 4 guests within two bedrooms. There is one double bedroom & one twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The Stable has an open plan lounge and kitchen plus a spacious warm conservatory with amazing views. There are also comfortable furnishings and dining furniture within this room. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa & chair plus 50" SMART TV. The property also benefits form underfloor heating throughout. The Stable has a compact patio with garden furniture and a private hot tub for your sole use and enjoyment! There is a parking space directly outside the property and there is lots of additional outside space (patios & gardens) perfect for Al fresco dining, games & enjoying the sunshine. PARKING General parking area for all residents by the pool. There is also one parking space outside the cottage. There is an EV Charger in the parking area. HOT TUB - 8 am - 11 pm - please bring your own towels. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every stay so it may not be at the required temperature when you first arrive. The hot tub will not be available to use on your departure day. POOL - please bring your own towels. Guests can book a one hour per day private session (not shared with anyone else) via our calendar link. The link is sent a few days before your stay upon completion of our digital registration form. On Fridays (only) we offer a communal swim session from 4 pm - 8 pm. The pool cannot be booked on your arrival day. The pool is not available on departure day. GAMES ROOM - 8 am - 10 pm Booking not required. Coin operated Pool Table, Football Table & Quiz Machine - 50p. Free to use board games and books. ACTIVITY SUITE - 8 am - 10 pm Booking not required. You may wish to bring your own rackets for Badminton & Table Tennis (limited stocks are provided) OUTDOOR PLAY AREA For children FISHING LAKES 3 lakes - please use the marked swims provided. LAUNDRY ROOM Washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate building - free to use. Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8 am - 12 mid day. We offer a contactless check in & contactless stay. We will send you a quick message once you have arrived to check everything is OK. Please message us if you have any queries. We live onsite in a nearby cottage. Lovely countryside location with amazing views. There is a fantastic Pub within 1 mile and Restaurants within 4 miles. Very rural location so a car is essential. There is ample onsite free parking. Sorry, there are no public bus services. Onsite EV Charger. Fee applicable. Perfect destination for walking or cycling holidays with lots of footpaths and quiet countryside roads. Single carriageway roads with no pavements. Cot and highchair available to hire. Please enquire. *Please bring your own towels for the cottage and for the pool as these are not provided* We provide a starter pack with washing up liquid, cloth and bin liners plus toilet roll and hand soap. We also provide a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits so you can settle in with a nice cuppa upon arrival. For additional supplies you may like to visit our local shop in Hazelbury Bryan. The Victorian Barn is ‘away from it all’ and ‘in the sticks’, ‘a destination’ with beautiful countryside, clean air and accessed via single track roads, no pavements, no street lights, it’s a real adventure!
