Private Rooms & Free Parking is an affordable comfortable & safe home, for travelers around the world. A clean & comfy beds, clean bathroom, good Wifi & quiet sleep. I wanna make you feel at home & provide you with sheets, towels, soap & coffee. Free public parking & Mountain View @ the side street included & old town in 15 min by bus reachable. Luggage drop off before check in & luggage storage after check out available. Looking forward to making you feel at home. Private Room & Free Parking prefers to keep things simple & easy accessible. I offer Self Check in & out only. All Sheets & Linens are fresh, however, you will have to pull on and off the sheets by yourself. COVID 19: - I can host you only, -if you feel healthy and have no symptoms. -if you can show proof of immunity, a test or vaccination. FIND YOUR ROOM: Walk stairs up at the left side. You will find your room at the left side room 1 and at the right side room 2. Between your rooms, you will also find private Bathroom & Toilette. PRIVATE: Please do not enter areas with a private sign. Please do not walk to the last floor. I want to keep my private bedroom PRIVATE. I answer requests/ questions through the Air BnB App only. Also, I reply to your messages between 10am-9pm only. Usually I check my messages in the morning and at night. During night I am not reachable, because I turn my phone off while being asleep. If you choose to stay at my home you will enjoy Salzburgs´s food corner Panzerhalle, which is only a 10 min walking distance from your accommodation & invites for one or two drinks. Furthermore, the Airport, Hangar 7 Red Bull exhibition, Shopping Mall Europark & old town is very close by (15 min). Also, a grocery store can be reached in only 5 min by walk. Stunning Mountain View behind the house included. OLD TOWN Going to old town, is a 15 min bus ride by bus No. 9 from the bus station Otto-von-Lilienthal Straße. Get out at Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz. PARKING You can park you car for free at the side street of the house. There will be other cars parked at the street. Please note: 1. I answer requests/ questions through the Air BnB App only. I reply to your messages between 10am-9pm only. During night I am not reachable, because I do turn my phone off while being asleep. 2. You will have your private room and a private bathroom. However, I live one floor above, please try to be quiet at night. No parties. 3. Small kitchenette inside the bedroom for small dishes (microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee maker) - made for small cooking - no big dishes 4. Please use the floor, which is described for you only. Last floor is where I & Friends/Family live. Please respect our privacy and do not walk upstairs to the last floor!!! 5. Self-check in ALWAYS! Nobody will be there to check you in, you have to do it by yourself! Please read all instructions carefully! 6. I offer small towels only. 7. Mountain view is behind the house in the side street (2min by walk) 8. If you are staying multiple nights - you can wash your dishes inside the bathroom sink or in the basement sink next to the laundry machine.
