A cozy apartment in one of Tuscany's quietest place, with birds singing you a happy day. A full immersion in nature. Quiet, but not remote – Garfagnana, Lucca, Pisa are at most a hour away, Florence is near. • A village near (30mins) Lucca • 2 bedrooms (4 four people) / 1 bathroom / 1 kitchen / tiny garden • Fully equipped kitchen • Free Internet access • No heating or air conditioned needed in summer, weather is great • 60 square meters (650 sq. feet) • Parking spots 10 meters from the apartment • Small garden to relax The owners will be discreetly available to give you tips and advice, if requested. You can surf the web via a protected WiFi network, no bandwidth limits. Within walking distance (100m to 2km), you can find various restaurants, a grocery store and mini-market, a tabacconist, and a bunch of bars and breakfast places. Supermarkets are a few kilometers away (2), like other nightlife attractions such as the theathre. There are buses and trains available, almost every hour, so you will not have transportation problems to reach major cities such as Lucca (30 minutes) or Pisa and Florence (60 minutes). If you come by car you can easily park it near the apartment, about 10 meters from it. There are great places too to enjoy nature: Grotta del vento (Wind cave), Orrido di Botri, Prato Fiorito, Abetone, and many small yet beautiful villages. If something is bothering you or you need further explanation on something that is missing, just ask. We are always available. Heating is considered as an extra and you have to pay what you consume (1€/m3), but you won't really need it if you come here in summer. Guests will have to bring their own bathrobes. Guest will have access to the entire apartment, no shared rooms. A small garden is also available. I usually give a brief tour of the apartment upon arrival, then help finding places to go and stuff to do. Then, unless you directly contact me or need something, I leave you alone. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, up in a small hill. The only sounds you can hear are the flowing of the water in the nearby river and some birds singing. Sometimes the neighbor likes to sing too. :) You can park your car near the apartment, about 10 meters (20 feet). Downhill you can catch a bus to the train station or to Lucca. The train station is 5 minutes by car. To get here from the airport in Pisa: head to Lucca, then head to Borgo a Mozzano, then head to Ponte a Serraglio. Guests will have to bring their own bathrobes.
