A spacious house with beautiful gardens nestled a short walk from Mewslade Bay and the Coastal Path leading to the Worms Head and Rhossili Beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a log burner. There is plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table and further seating in the conservatory that overlooks the lower part of the garden. This is the reduced capacity listing of Greystone Gower for 6 - 8 guests. Greystone is very spacious, with large bright rooms all having views over the beautiful Gower landscape. Downstairs • Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans. • The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table . The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory. • The Conservatory is a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden. • The cloakroom has toilet, wash hand basin and hooks for coats. Upstairs: At the top of the stairs there is a landing giving access to the 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms. The bathroom hosts a walk in shower, seperate bath, toilet and basin. Outside: The houses has a very large mature garden with trees and plants collected from around the world. There is a patio and BBQ area, with adequate seating and tables for alfresco dining. There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet. There is parking for two cars on the drive.
