To give reassurance for our future visitors, the property will be thoroughly cleansed with hospital graded solution.Two double bedroom (with king size beds), self-contained ground floor, level building. Together with parking for one or two (please state) vehicles, dog friendly (one well behaved dog). Owners live in building opposite with one Welsh dog. We are in a lovely peaceful location but near, and convenient to, local amenities, walks etc., see below for details. Our property was originally a farm comprising a chicken building and one for rabbits , which were converted, one to the owners home and the other to what is now the accommodation on the ground floor and the upper floor consisting of the owners completely separate home office. We are in a quiet location, with the Monmouth and Brecon Canal nearby (5 minutes by car) for stunning walks and bike rides. We are on the borders of The Brecon Beacons National Park . We have a wealth of knowledge about fantastic walks, days out, attractions nearby and would love to share this information with guests. We have one friendly Welsh dog who is 6 years old. We are very lucky in that we are rural but within walking distance of two pubs, 4 miles from Usk Town and around 8 miles from the beautiful town of Abergavenny with its many restaurants and pubs and especially with its fantastic food festival held once a year. A car is essential to access all wonderful attractions and walks, however there are many walks from the property, giving access to the canal, nearly woods, fields and river walks, and the area has many recognised cycle routes.
