Our spacious, quiet suite offers two bedrooms with one queen bed and two twin beds, a shared full bathroom, living room and dining area. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, cable t.v., a mini fridge, coffee station and a light breakfast. Built in 1850, this house boasts colonial charm with eclectic design for a fun, unique stay. A private keyless entry brings you directly to the living room and dining area, with roku channels and Spectrum cable television and wifi. we offer board games for whole family a coffee bar, microwave and mini fridge. The bedrooms and shared bathroom is Upstairs. We believe in providing our guests with privacy but can always be available at any time. We will provide our contact information as well as dining recommendations upon your arrival. We only enter the common room to check amenities. Earlville is very quiet villagelocated 8 miles south of Hamilton on route 12B. We are located directly on 12B with paved sidewalks for walking/running opportunities. Earlville is a ten minute drive to Hamilton, NY, and Colgate University. Hamilton has groceries, shopping, dining and entertainment. There are two friendly dogs Willow, and our vocal beagle, Chuck! The pets are kept in a separate part of the house. There is a private renter in a third bedroom upstairs who does not use the common area.
