The well-appointed kitchen, dining room, and pantry and fridge space are yours to skip the restaurant and enjoy a home cooked meal during your stay. Enjoy the fun retro-style fridge! A dedicated laundry space off the kitchen is perfect for refreshing your travel outfits during your stay. Also enjoy the open, circular layout of the house, with easy access to any room at all times. You’ll have the entire property to yourself during your stay. I’m available anytime during your stay by text and phone call. This home is located on a quiet street, and has close, convenient access to Richland Avenue (Highway 78) which leads directly to downtown Augusta and is the primary route to the Augusta National Golf Course from Aiken. Parking is easy and safe under the carport in the backyard. The carport is not visible from the road, providing additional privacy, and is also behind a chain-link fence. The cottage is adjacent to a footpath leading to Food Lion and other shopping. If you need groceries or just a quick run to the store, it can’t get any easier or more convenient - skip driving entirely with a quick 0.1 mile walk.
