Less than 5 miles from the town of Mukwonago which has a Walmart Supercenter, many food choices and grocery options. Within 30 minutes of with easy interstate access. Winter activities within 30 miles include ice fishing many close by lakes, snowmobiling (trails are only a few miles), sledding, The Domes, Bucks, Admirals, Milwaukee Theatre, and so much more! Spacious, 3 bedroom home located in quite rural area. Over 2600 square feet with two separate living/family room areas. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 car garage (with code and remote access) and fully fenced large yard (almost an acre). Includes wifi, 4 smart TVs for your streaming services, hot tub, laundry, garage, and beautiful yard. We work remotely when we are here, so our wifi is fast enough for streaming multiple TVs at once, as well as having 2 people working. Plenty of speed! Pets negotiable, please message first. Guests will have full access to the home and garage, there may be an area in the basement or closet that is locked with personal items. If the guest does not wish to use the hottub, we will have it empty. We will have remote check in with an access code provided after booking. There is a local property manger who can assist with emergencies and I am always available via message or cell (which will be provided). *we do have a dog in this home who won't be here with rentals, but for anyone with allergies because there is carpet I would not advise. This home will be professionally cleaned, but there is no way to ever fully rid of pet dander. **There is a dog door that can be closed off if wanted.
