The downstairs features a cozy family room with a smart television and antenna for a handful of channels. The large bedroom has 1 queen sized bed along with room darkening curtains. A private bathroom is clean and stocked with basic essentials. For your convenience: -Ironing board and iron -Keurig for a fresh coffee Guests will have the recently finished lower level to themselves. Guests will have access to downstairs living room, bedroom, and bathroom. No upstairs access. Feel free to ask questions or for local recommendations. You will be staying within 1 mile from beautiful downtown Buffalo. Less than 1 mile from many parks, including Buffalo Lake and Lake Pulaski. The best way to get around is by car, however you can walk to many places. My family and one house cat live upstairs. Please take that into consideration before booking.
