Cozy Studio Getaway

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this second story studio apartment where you can be comfortable inside and outside. You can hangout on the front porch and relax, or you can enjoy the large backyard where you can have fires , play yard games, and even just let the kids run freely. Pets are welcome too, we love all animals ! The layout is an open floor plan, with a small room on the side which has a queen bed and an extra TV. There is also a washer and dryer located in this room as well. -This is also a great location of you are snowmobile riders or ice fishers! We’re only 6 minutes away from Lake Sacandaga and many other trails that are close by. We have a lot of extra storage on the property if you needed that as well for no extra charge! So the small room is is the back, then there is the kitchen with a mini fridge&freezer, air fryer, flat griddle, coffee pot, and a toaster oven. Kitchen table and chairs. Then we have sliding barn doors that you can open or close for privacy from the larger bedroom which also has a new queen size bed! We also have a futon that can unfold into a small bed if you needed extra sleeping space.
